Apatu Aqua is committed to ethical harvesting and natural processing to enhance the flavour of its products and for sustainability of our beautiful environment. Preservative- and colouring-free, Apatu Aqua produces a wide range of smoked fish – Eel, Mullet, Kahawai, Tuna, Trevally, Kingfish, Roe, Gemfish and smoked salmon and fresh longline-caught vacuum-packed snapper and gurnard.
Inspired by Maori delicacies, we launched an original product, kina paté, which was awarded a National Cuisine award in 2009, garnering widespread media and industry interest.
